Event Description:

Central Ohio’s healthcare systems are under unprecedented pressure to expand capacity, modernize infrastructure, and improve patient outcomes, all while managing labor shortages, regulatory demands, and tight capital cycles. With major investments underway across health systems, ambulatory networks, and specialty care environments, owners are being asked to deliver faster, safer, and more cost-effective projects in complex, operational settings.

This panel brings together healthcare owner-side leaders and delivery partners to share candid insights into how they are prioritizing capital, executing design-build delivery, and managing construction within active clinical environments.
